1. Privacy Policy
Buildit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company") ‘collects, uses and provides personal information based on user's consent’ and ‘actively guarantees the user's rights (right to self-determination of personal information)’. The Company complies with the relevant laws and privacy regulations and guidelines of Korea that the information and communication service provider must comply with. "Privacy Policy" means the guidelines that the company must follow to protect users' valuable personal information so that users can use the service with no worries. This privacy policy applies to BuildThing Beacon and BuildThing Cloud services (hereinafter referred to as 'BuildThing' or 'Service').

When collecting personal information, we notify the user in advance and seek consent, and collect personal information through the following methods.
- If the user agrees to the collection of personal information and directly enters the information in the process of signing up and using the service
- Web page, mail, fax, phone, etc. in the consultation process through the customer center
The personal information collected from users in the process of using the service is as follows.
In the process of using PC web, mobile web / app, information such as terminal information (OS, screen size, device ID), IP address, cookie, date and time of login may be automatically generated and collected.
3. Use of personal information
It is used for member management, service provision and improvement, and new service development. At the time of signing up for membership or in the process of using the service, we collect the minimum personal information required to provide services as shown below through the website or individual applications or programs.
- Member identification / subscription confirmation, prevention of illegal use

4. Provision of personal information
Buildit does not provide the user's personal information to third parties unless there is a separate consent from the user or as required by law.
5. Destruction of personal information
Personal information is destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved, and the procedures and methods are as follows.
Electronic files are safely deleted so that they cannot be recovered and reproduced, and other records, prints, and writings are destroyed by shredding or incineration. However, the following information is stored and destroyed according to the internal policy"
- The following information is destroyed after stored for up to one year from the date of withdrawal.
∙ Encrypt and store BuildThing account and withdrawal email address for sending e-mails and responding to CS inquiries
∙ Record of illegal service use
In addition, Buildit separately keeps or deletes personal information of members who have not used the service for one year according to the 'personal information expiration date system', and destroy the separately stored personal information after 4 years of storage without delay.

You can view or modify your personal information at any time and request to withdraw your consent to collection or use or to cancel your subscription.
